 Thank you so much for choosing me as your Guitar Tutor, I am very excited to be helping you on your journey.

Here are just some important terms and conditions I need you to be aware of:

My policy on Refunds:

Once you’ve purchased a block of lessons or you’ve paid for a single lesson on its own, they are non refundable.

If you suddenly decide after the 1st lesson that learning the Guitar is not for you, then I’m afraid I cannot offer you a refund. The best I’m willing to offer you is to hold on to the lessons until you’re ready to resume them, that way at least you won’t lose the lessons you’ve paid for.

I do understand that life happens, however please think carefully about whether or not you’re actually ready to make a commitment. Prior to buying lessons in blocks or as a single lesson, please take into consideration your own circumstances and availability before making any decisions.

I cannot be held responsible for your own circumstances and choices.

This is why I strongly encourage you to think carefully before buying a block of lessons. However if you’re unsure about purchasing multiple lessons in one go, then why not simply do the ‘pay-as-you-go’ option (single paid lesson/s), this way may prove to be more suitable and effective for you.

I don’t want to upset anyone, so please make sure you fully understand this simple policy. If you have any questions, then please don’t hesitate to ask me.

Remember, I offer a free 30 minute trial lesson! This is your opportunity to see if Guitar Lessons will work for you, and I’m also the right tutor for you. It’s nothing personal if you feel that maybe it’s not for you, as you won’t know until you try, so it’s important to keep this in mind. You’re under no obligation and there’s no pressure either, so please just be sure of your own choices.
